Anodes
Soluble anodes for electroplating and metal coating processes. They provide metal ions to the electrolytic solution, which are deposited onto the cathode, forming a uniform coating on the part to be electroplated. We manufacture anodes to order, both in design and composition.

Anodes are used in electroplating to coat metal parts, either to provide a decorative finish or to prevent corrosion. Their function is to supply metal ions to the electrolytic solution, which are then deposited onto the cathode, forming a coating on the part to be electroplated.
A high-purity anode ensures controlled dissolution, constant replenishment of the metal in the bath, and uniform deposition on the part, preventing contamination and surface defects in the final finish.
At Conalsol we manufacture anodes to order in both design and composition: plates, squares, mini-cylinders for basket and special shapes with or without copper hook, adapted to the geometry and voltage of each production line.

Selecting the correct anode depends on the type of bath, operating voltage, and desired finish. Our technical team will advise you on the optimal choice.
We manufacture custom-designed and composite anodes, with or without a copper hook, according to your plant's process.
Presentations adapted to each production process and volume of operation.
Customized presentations and compositions. Consult for special formats and dimensional tolerances.
Welding is part of the electrical and thermal performance of the complete system.
When the alloy is aligned with the production process, repeatability is improved, thermal control is optimized, and operational variability is reduced.
For Watts and bright nickel baths we recommend electrolytic nickel anodes in 1×1 or 4×4 squares, which are hung in titanium baskets and guarantee uniform dissolution.
Phosphorous copper contains a small percentage of phosphorus that forms a protective black film during dissolution, reducing sludge formation in acid baths. The electrolytic form is used in cyanide baths and processes where this film is not required.
Yes, we manufacture anodes to order, both in design and composition, with or without an integrated copper hook, adapted to the geometry of your tank and the needs of your process.
In chrome plating baths, insoluble lead-antimony anodes are used, which resist the oxidizing nature of the bath without contributing metal ions to the solution.
Yes, we offer brass plates in 63/37 and 70/30 compositions, used in decorative and functional brass plating bathrooms according to the desired golden tone.
The purity level is chosen according to the type of plating and the required finish. High electrolytic purity is required for decorative finishes and electronics; technical grade can be used for basic industrial processes. Our team offers free consultations.
We support the selection of alloys according to technical requirements and actual application.
